Reviewers split sharply: the positive 30% praise staff warmth, quick turnaround, and value, naming Salma as particularly resourceful on itineraries; the 60% unhappy report calls going unanswered for hours, emails ignored, last-minute booking changes, and inexperienced staff, with specific criticism of corporate travel failures.
Reviewers from Sri Lanka, India and Singapore describe smooth trips with on-time vehicles and attentive coordinators. Several praise named staff by name for warmth and patience. Schedule changes were handled without fuss. Guests often feel looked after from arrival to departure. One guest found the Genting Highlands package did not match what was promised. They said only the cable car was included and the fare was paid on the spot. A different guest said a guide's rushing made the day stressful. Most other reviews call the service caring and organised.
Asian Season Travel earns a 4.8 rating from 268 Google reviews. Recent reviewers mostly praise named guides, smooth coordination, clean vehicles, and good food on trips across Malaysia, especially for Indian and student groups.
