Staff turn around last-minute requests without fuss, deliver clean cars, and keep the whole rental smooth from start to finish. Standout here is the free JB Sentral dropoff, staff who answer car questions anytime, and a process so efficient that returning customers are the norm.
Across two years of steady bookings, people report on-time arrivals, courteous drivers who handle last-minute schedule changes smoothly, and clean vehicles. The team responds quickly to enquiries and accommodates flight delays without fuss. Drivers like Fareez and Azmi earn repeat praise for going beyond standard service, suggesting a culture of genuine attentiveness rather than box-ticking.
Customers consistently praise the reliability and cleanliness of the fleet, quick responsiveness from staff (often within minutes), and drivers who arrive on time and handle logistics smoothly. Whether renting for self-drive or booking transport with a driver, people report hassle-free booking, fair pricing, and the team's willingness to adjust plans on short notice like early pickups or hotel delivery during delays.
Most trips to Batam and Bintan run like clockwork, with travellers praising staff warmth and the fact that meals and hotels come bundled in. Tour leaders Ephie, Pak Jirin, Ariff, and others earn consistent mention for patience with groups and energy that keeps itineraries flowing. Agents Nini and Aniq handle bookings smoothly; drivers stay punctual and helpful. A few wish the team picked restaurants with more variety for younger travellers, and one complaint hints that management could respond faster to issues-but the guides themselves are rarely faulted.
Most pilgrims report well-organised trips with caring guides who handle logistics smoothly. One family with a first-timer had a stark negative experience, citing guide reluctance to help when a child needed food, which left them unguided in unfamiliar terrain.

All eight reviewers rated Go Travel & Tour five stars, citing dependable transport, clean vehicles, and efficient service across multiple long-distance routes. Families particularly value the spacious Hyundai Starex and drivers' professionalism, with no negative feedback noted.
Top-One Travel delivers packaged tours to Asia, Europe, and beyond at mid-to-premium prices starting from MYR 1,288 per person. Recent experience is polarised: one five-star review praises guide Serene's attentiveness and problem-solving on a Hainan trip, while a one-star review from the same guide cites poor hotels, food, and unresolved complaints. Older reviews suggest reliability, though current satisfaction is mixed.
All six recent reviews rate Rajawali Bintang five stars. Staff are described as kind and professional; itineraries are complete and competitively priced. The business is noted as particularly welcoming to Muslim travelers.
