Firstcoach @ Bandar Utama

4.1(138)

Firstcoach runs a basic coach service between Malaysia and Singapore from Bandar Utama with mixed results. Many passengers report smooth, punctual trips and courteous station staff, but serious complaints center on driver fatigue, unsafe driving behavior (headphones, erratic steering), and communication breakdowns. The buses themselves draw criticism for cramped design and overheating on afternoon routes.
