Firstcoach @ Bandar Utama
4.1(138)
Firstcoach runs a basic coach service between Malaysia and Singapore from Bandar Utama with mixed results. Many passengers report smooth, punctual trips and courteous station staff, but serious complaints center on driver fatigue, unsafe driving behavior (headphones, erratic steering), and communication breakdowns. The buses themselves draw criticism for cramped design and overheating on afternoon routes.

GSI Travel earns consistent praise for moving quickly and answering questions without delay. Tour itineraries come well thought through, with guides who explain the history and stories behind each stop rather than rushing through; accommodations and meals consistently meet or exceed expectations. The team handles visa applications and tour bookings with equal professionalism. Staff like Amanda and Amenda are named repeatedly for their follow-up and attention to detail. Groups report feeling well cared for from start to finish, with multilingual support that keeps language barriers from becoming a problem.
