Why it ranks first
Vika Oceantrail sits at the top on a perfect 5.0 from 42 reviews, with high confidence behind that score. Guests describe end-to-end trip coordination that stays calm under pressure, including last-minute changes and mixed groups of elderly parents and young kids.
Pros
- Staff (especially Ms Tamilarasi) respond fast on WhatsApp
- Handles last-minute bookings without dropping the ball
- Comfortable with multi-generational groups, elderly to kids
- Drivers and villa/accommodation placement consistently praised
Watch out: Verification score is on the lower side, so confirm booking details directly before travel.

DMS GLOBAL HOLIDAY SDN. BHD.
Why it ranks second
DMS Global Holiday scores strongly on the composite (84.8, medium confidence) with 31 five-star reviews built almost entirely around the transfer experience itself: on-time pickups, luggage handling, and named drivers who go beyond just driving.
Pros
- On-time arrivals called out repeatedly
- Named drivers (Safi, Mr Low, Muhammad) praised for professionalism and local tips
- Vehicle fleet ranges from spacious minivans to VIP luxury coaches
- Proactive WhatsApp updates before and during the trip
Services: day tours, airport transfer transport, group corporate tours
PJ STAR TRAVEL AND TOURS SDN BHD
Why it ranks third
PJ Star pairs fast visa processing (Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Pakistan) with travel and transport bookings, backed by a 4.8 rating across 23 reviews. Most feedback is about smooth, courteous handling, though it's worth weighing against one serious service complaint.
Pros
- Quick visa turnaround across several Southeast Asian destinations
- Staff described as responsive and friendly
- One-stop shop combining visa work with travel booking
Watch out: One reviewer reported a ticket sold without confirming pet policy conditions, with no refund offered.
Services: day tours, airport transfer transport, private custom tours, group corporate tours
COZY JOURNEY Travel & Tours Sdn.Bhd
Why it ranks fourth
Cozy Journey has 15+ years operating and a perfect 5.0 score, but that's from only 3 reviews, so treat it as a promising, lower-confidence pick. The available feedback points to punctual drivers and clean coaches for company outings and custom itineraries.
Pros
- Punctual, professional drivers noted in every review
- Clean, well-maintained buses
Watch out: Only 3 reviews on record, so the track record here is thin.
Services: day tours, airport transfer transport, private custom tours, group corporate tours
Firstcoach @ Bandar Utama
Why it ranks fifth
Firstcoach @ Bandar Utama has by far the largest review base here (138 reviews) and a convenient Bandar Utama pickup point with parking, but the 4.1 rating reflects genuinely mixed experiences on this route.
Pros
- Direct scheduled stops without detours
- Friendly staff at departure and arrival points
- Convenient parking at the Bandar Utama location
- Many trips run punctually as scheduled
Watch out: Multiple complaints about drowsy or erratic driving and cramped, overheated bus interiors on afternoon routes.
Services: airport transfer transport, day tours
Sunway Travel Sdn Bhd
Why it ranks sixth
Sunway Travel scores a 4.1 across 36 reviews, with named staff (Ms. Lee Min, Ms. Emily, Ms. Ayu) singled out for calmly handling flight changes and weekend rebookings. A smaller set of reviewers flag booking mismatches that are worth knowing about.
Pros
- Handles last-minute and weekend rebooking smoothly
- Named staff praised for cheerful, professional communication
- Covers everything from budget trips to multi-destination packages
Watch out: Some reviewers reported room/date mismatches, flight seating errors, and slower turnaround.
Services: day tours, airport transfer transport, private custom tours, group corporate tours
Joel Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd
Why it ranks seventh
Joel Travel & Tours runs seven days a week and most reviewers call the drivers punctual and flexible for group day trips, but the 4.1 rating from just 11 reviews and lower recency score mean recent experience is a mixed bag.
Pros
- Drivers described as punctual and flexible
- Good value for group bookings
- Operates every day of the week
Watch out: Recent reviews flag poor communication and at least one significant delay.
Services: day tours, private custom tours, airport transfer transport, group corporate tours
