What do customers say?

Repeat clients return to Via Vacation for multi-country trips across Central Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Caucasus. Tour leaders like Saiful, Saif Nizam, Farra, and Tazrik are named repeatedly as entertaining, knowledgeable, and reliable; staff including Farra, Soleha, Renald, and Ami handle bookings and last-minute requests with speed even on weekends. Hotels consistently praised as 4-5 star; Muslim travellers appreciate halal options, prayer accommodation, and itineraries flagged for religious observance.

Most trips last 8-12 days across multiple countries with domestic flights included. Guests note excellent breakfasts and carefully chosen restaurants. The main friction point is timing: advance notice on visas and travel documents reduces traveller anxiety. Some suggest more modern hotel options near shopping and dining, though recent feedback shows improvement.
