Prime Leisure's recent track record is weak. One-star reviews describe misleading tour packages, poor organization, and a pattern of promising more than is delivered. Older five-star reviews praise their staff professionalism, but later complaints reveal they resell third-party excursions at higher prices while failing to communicate last-minute cancellations or delivery mismatches.
