What do customers say?

One World Travel & Tours handles most bookings with calm efficiency and genuine attentiveness. Mala, their main coordinator, answers fast and customizes trips thoughtfully. Drivers like Aslam and Saravanan earn repeated praise for safety and warmth. Weak spots emerge mainly in pacing: some tours try to cram too many stops, and occasional hotel picks miss the mark, leaving guests wishing for fewer destinations or more breathing room.

Parlo Tours runs group and custom trips across Asia with strong core feedback on tour leader professionalism and value. However, recent tours to Thailand, Morocco and Turkey reveal gaps: halal hotel assurances failed, local guides skipped promised sites or rushed groups, and hotels were swapped last-minute. Check meal and site specifics carefully before booking.

Tours here give you real Malaysian street food and neighborhood knowledge, not touristy versions. Guides like Jay and Steve take small groups to local stalls and markets, explaining dishes and regional history over three or four hours, usually hitting 12-15 tastings. The standard praise is consistent: guides are warm and attentive, food is fresh and abundant, and you leave understanding Malaysian food culture and the places you visited. Many highlight hands-on moments like making roti together. Come hungry.
