Two recent reviews praise the company for family-centred trips with good value and professional execution, though the evidence base is small.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
All five recent reviews award five stars, citing punctuality, professional drivers, and immaculate vehicles. Mr. Saran, who manages tours, earns specific praise for local knowledge and flexibility; chauffeur service covers weddings, airport runs, and day trips across Kuala Lumpur.
When TUI's team answers, they deliver: reviewers praise Syafiq and others for patience through complex bookings, fast rescheduling, and calm support when flights shift. The catch is reaching them. Recent complaints show weeks without email replies, no booking vouchers sent before departure, and phone lines that only take messages. Past positive reviews show phone contact worked smoothly; current ones reveal a service breakdown where payment is instant but follow-up disappears. Prices and package combinations vary, but several reviewers flagged hidden markups (one paid 10% more for stopover hotel and transfers compared to booking separately) and international transaction fees that weren't disclosed upfront. The gap between five-star historical reviews and one-star recent ones suggests a shift toward poor communication and unmet commitments.
Half the reviews are five-star, praising staff friendliness and round-the-clock support; the other half flag serious gaps in group logistics and responsiveness. Corporate clients report staff know how to help, but execution on group pickups and email turnaround needs work.
