What do customers say?

Recent experience with a 31-seater bus showed serious operational problems: arrival over 50 minutes late with no notice, failed air conditioning, dim lighting, non-functional TV. The driver, reportedly unwell and disoriented, drove unsafely (hit a lamppost), smoked inside the bus, and received no backup despite illness. Equipment failures and lack of accountability mar what should be a straightforward day tour.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Watch-outs
  • Late pickup with no apology or explanation
  • No replacement driver arranged despite illness
  • Bus in poor condition with dim lights and broken AC blower
  • Non-functional TV and faulty equipment
  • Unsafe driving including lamppost collision
  • Driver smoking inside bus with smoke entering cabin

Think twice if: Think twice if you depend on punctuality, working air conditioning, or driver professionalism; recent tour had 50+ minute delays and unsafe driving.

Brendan Transportation earns consistent praise for on-time pickups, courteous drivers, and tidy vehicles across airport transfers and multi-city trips. WhatsApp communication is straightforward, and staff handle schedule adjustments without friction. One complaint involved receiving a different vehicle type (sedan instead of booked MPV); most reviewers note reasonable pricing, safe driving, and enough luggage space. Named drivers include Sam, Raymond, Mr Low, Ricky, Mr Syed, and Mr Kenny.
