Five-star reviewers consistently report stress-free trips with attentive guides and careful logistics across Asia and beyond. Planning happens smoothly, letting travellers focus on the experience itself.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Customers consistently praise PJ Star for quick visa processing and courteous staff across Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Pakistan applications. One serious complaint involved an airline ticket sold without confirming pet policies, resulting in no refund, though visa feedback dominates overwhelmingly.
Travellers describe consistent, hands-on planning from named staff like Tava, Gomathi, and Gowri who check in throughout trips and adapt itineraries to group preferences. Drivers are safe, professional, and helpful; hotels are comfortable. Two notes: activity packages sometimes include paid upgrades not mentioned upfront, and one hotel choice in Sri Lanka fell short of expectations. Services span budget Kerala getaways and luxury Malaysia multi-city tours, with strong coordination for first-time travellers and families. Airport pickups are reliable. The team responds quickly to problems, even last-minute flight rebooking.
Most reviewers praise punctual, accommodating drivers on group bookings and day tours. However, recent complaints flag unresponsive communication and at least one significant delay, leaving uncertainty about consistency.
