All six reviewers rated Home Axis Holidays five stars. The team stands out for quick responses, careful planning, and reliable execution: hotels match expectations, cars arrive on time, and itineraries flow without hiccups. Trips to Kuala Lumpur and beyond earned consistent praise for coordination and comfort.
Most travellers report memorable, carefully organized trips led by knowledgeable guides who go beyond basics-from daily weather alerts to helping elderly members safely navigate activities. Tour leaders named across reviews (Nick Cheah, Simon Ku, Felicia San, Alex Kuan, Eunice Chai, Hazel) are consistently praised for expertise, thoughtfulness, and dual-language support. However, the company's policies show significant gaps. Cancellation requests are refused inflexibly even with months' notice and genuine emergencies, money stays with the company, and some travellers report guide favouritism by nationality, excessive shopping hours, and poor accommodation choices for mixed-age groups. A few flag it as not child-friendly.
Travellers consistently praise GTT's tour leaders and guides for being responsive, professional, and willing to go extra miles like capturing photos or arranging lost-and-found returns. Multi-day overseas trips (China, Vietnam, Egypt bookings) feature prominently, with reviewers noting smooth coordination across long itineraries, comfortable hotels, and good food. A few customers have hit friction points: those booking agency-cancelled tours faced RM500 deductions despite insurance, some waited long stretches between activities, and non-Mandarin speakers report difficulty navigating the website. Names like Simon Lin, Ivy, Zoe, and Benny appear repeatedly in five-star reviews, signalling consistent team performance.
