Reviewers describe reliable, on-time pickups and friendly drivers across airport runs and longer trips. Several say the drivers arrive early, even when flights land late, and the vans stay clean and cool.
Praise also covers the planning side. One customer with seven people and seven large suitcases found the van cheaper and roomier than ride-hailing. Another says the team booked a trip less than 24 hours ahead without trouble.
Fast ticket delivery and competitive prices draw praise, but complaints centre on delayed ticket arrivals (weeks after purchase), unresponsive support channels, and refund disputes. Buyers report waiting hours at venues despite pre-booking.
Sunway Travel gets strong praise for staff who handle rebookings and updates well. Several 1-star reviews cite slow replies, room or date mix-ups, and seats split for a group. Ratings are mixed overall.
Joel Travel has a 4.2 rating from 12 Google reviews. Most praise covers punctual drivers and flexible scheduling. One recent 1-star review reports no reply to calls or messages. Review text is limited.
