Promark Cruise delivers consistent, relaxing water experiences centred on crew friendliness and scenic moments. Families and groups book repeatedly for birthdays and special occasions; staff quietly arrange cakes and handle photography without being asked. The smaller yachts work well for 6-10 people, air-conditioned and fitted with karaoke and basic refreshment facilities. Sunset cruises from Senibong Cove dominate the bookings. Every recent review is five-star, with no complaints logged. The business maintains fast response times and handles private charters smoothly. Reviewers consistently praise named crew members (Pak, Haikal, Hafiz) for going beyond standard service. The operation feels personal rather than corporate, though detail on pricing and meal options remains thin in the reviews.
