What do customers say?
Most five-star reviews praise transparent pricing, patient service, and carefully planned itineraries that exceed expectations. However, recent complaints highlight misrepresentation (changing group sizes multiple times to pressure bookings), failure to answer direct questions upfront, and reliance on automated replies instead of genuine engagement.
Staff like Ms Ang earn consistent recognition for dedication. The best trips deliver knowledgeable guides and thoughtful details. Trust hinges on whether Lye Peng operates with honesty from the booking stage onward.
