Some team members respond with rudeness or indifference to routine enquiries and crisis calls, leaving clients stranded and unresolved for months.
Recent shift: A sharp decline visible in the past year: earlier 5-star reviews praise responsive staff and successful trips, but the last three reviews (1-star, all within 8 months) cite rudeness, emergency unresponsiveness, and unresolved accidents. This suggests a deterioration in service consistency or team reliability.
All eight reviewers rated Go Travel & Tour five stars, citing dependable transport, clean vehicles, and efficient service across multiple long-distance routes. Families particularly value the spacious Hyundai Starex and drivers' professionalism, with no negative feedback noted.
