One recent traveller praised the driver and car, but older reviews flag serious issues: last-minute driver swaps with no warning, no updates on delays at KLIA pickup, and a strict non-refund policy even when Golden Sky changes the schedule. Pick them with caution on multi-day bookings.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Five-star reviews praise swift follow-up, customized itineraries, and knowledgeable guides who cater to families and group needs. One-star complaints centre on unexplained price gaps (up to RM800 for identical tours), last-minute cancellations, and unresponsive customer service when booking issues arise.
All four reviews are five-star, though detail is limited in most. One reviewer praised Roman's responsiveness, patience with a multigenerational family, and rapid photo delivery after a day tour with content creation.
Staff like Jimmy, Faiz, Feenaz, and Killa earn consistent praise for attention to detail. Reviewers report on-time pickups, daily updates, group coordination, and arrangements that flow from check-in through the entire journey. Many note they have returned after years of travel elsewhere, citing SelamatBercuti's service as genuinely different. Multiple corporate clients report the most organised trips they have experienced.
