Business data from Google Business Profile, checked 2026-10-20.
Only three Google reviews exist, averaging 4.7 stars. Two describe overseas group tours (Japan and Korea) with praise for attentive tour leaders. Evidence is too thin to judge the wider service.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Recent China trips to Wuhan and Zhangjiajie earned praise for guides, pacing, and care during storms. Older reviews are harsher: two Japan tours were cancelled, and one reviewer felt pressed for extra money. Read the recent reviews alongside those warnings.
Most reviewers praise Ipoh Golden Dragon for courteous staff (notably Miss Lulu) and affordable pricing. A five-year span and small sample size limit depth; one dated complaint about service suggests early growing pains.
All 11 reviews are five-star. Customers highlight smooth booking through WhatsApp and end-to-end trip management-flights, hotels, visas, and airport arrangements handled without fuss. Owner Mahzuz Shah is personally credited for responsiveness and genuine helpfulness. Packages to Uzbekistan, Egypt, Morocco, Türkiye, Maldives, and the Gulf are specifically praised for value and quality.
