What do customers say?

Most travellers praise Brahma Tours for smooth, well-organized trips across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka. Drivers like Shaam, Binoy, and Rajeev stand out for friendliness and care. Coordinators Manimegalai and the team handle customized itineraries with responsiveness. One significant 1-star account reversed this: tea farm stops were viewpoint-only, temples rushed, houseboats far below standard, and the company blamed customers for delays rather than taking responsibility for poor planning.

The tension lies in delivery consistency. Five-star reviews highlight comfortable hotels, stress-free journeys, and memorable experiences. The complaint reveals gaps: vague package descriptions, rushed scheduling that shortchanges paid experiences, and defensive communication when things go wrong. Families with accessibility needs have been well supported, and honeymoon and multi-family trips generally succeed when coordination holds.
