Al-Zahabi runs specialized Umrah packages with deeply knowledgeable mutawifs, particularly Prof Hj Ismail, who guide pilgrims through Islamic history and proper rituals from start to finish. Guests consistently praise the staff's dedication, full-board accommodation (Sanabel in Madinah, Maakah Tower in Mecca), and seamless transport from Johor, though scheduling sometimes conflicts with prayer times at the Grand Mosque and Prophet's Mosque.
All eight reviewers rated Go Travel & Tour five stars, citing dependable transport, clean vehicles, and efficient service across multiple long-distance routes. Families particularly value the spacious Hyundai Starex and drivers' professionalism, with no negative feedback noted.
Earlier reviews praised responsive staff and willingness to customize itineraries, but recent inquiry found the Johor Bahru office closed. Limited current evidence available.
Both five-star reviews note friendly, safe service across tours and transfers. Evidence is limited: only two reviews over four years old. The business offers day tours, airport transport, sightseeing, shuttle service, and cargo moving.
