Only four reviews are visible, so the picture is thin. Two praise a friendly, clean office. One recent-looking complaint describes a cold reception and no invite inside.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Most reviewers praise Ipoh Golden Dragon for courteous staff (notably Miss Lulu) and affordable pricing. A five-year span and small sample size limit depth; one dated complaint about service suggests early growing pains.
Explore Ipoh Tour Service earns a perfect 5 from 16 Google reviews. Guests praise friendly guides, fair prices, and fast booking replies. Several named guides, including Tom and Ah Kheong, get repeated thanks for patience and local knowledge on Cameron Highlands trips.
Both reviewers praise punctuality, knowledge, and organization. One driver (Tom) earned particular mention for sharing local detail and making visitors feel safe; the other noted trustworthiness during an Ipoh visit. Limited review volume, but consistent on professionalism.
